Monday night football
 

I was just reading about John Madden going to NBC for doing football this season, and NBC is also in talks with Al Michaels about joining him, both did MNF together for the past few seasons, Michaels has been on MNF for I think 20 years or so!
Whats up with ABC and monday night football, they making some major changes, i know there has been talk about moving it to thursday or friday night because viewers are not watching like they did in their glory years !!! :doh:

I am so sorry to see Madden leave...YAH RIGHT... :happy:

Madden Sucks...he should team up with Tim McCarver and do commentary on Hockey! :bl: That way I would not have to watch any of them all at the same time! :kewl:

And Yes, I also hate listening to madded do a game, and think he should take his stupid act and drive that Madded Cruiser off a cliff!!!

I heard that this season MNF is going to be broadcast on ESPN. Still Monday night, but on ESPN, not ABC.

Same company, guess they figure they now have ABC to run another hysterical sitcom about a quirky guy and his flashy wife and their outrageous daughter and son and the kooky neighbors, man, that stuff really get me goin' :doh:

Yup ESPN has taken over Monday Night Football..Bye Madden.. :bshake: And NBC has taken over a lot of other games..Seems NBC out bid everyone else..Fall fishing and football,,Doesnt get much better

It starts in 2006. Espn will carry Monday Night, and NBC will carry Sunday Night. I heard they did this so they will have the ability to change the games late in the season....so there won't be so many unimportant games on during Prime Time.....that's what I heard anyway....and Madden does suck.

Yes, Boomer Esiason. That guy does a great job breaking down games, love to listen to Weei on Monday mornings. Chris Berman is a younger and more polished (much) John Madden. :crying:
