Bomber
Over the years, it seems that a lot of the folks on the board have referenced heavy use of the Bomber/Bomber Long A.
How heavy are these? Unless I have not found the right ones, they are relatively light. Are you able to throw these on heavy gear, or do you have to scale down quite a bit? Thanks. |
I use them quite a bit on my Arra 1205...thats a pretty heavy rod and it casts them just fine. :)

The 6" 16A weighs 7/8 oz I think. I upgrade the rear and front hooks, and leave off the middle hook, so it probably evens out weight-wise.
The 7" 17As are a little heavier---maybe 1-1/2 oz. |

on a lighter setup. The black/purple in either the A-Salt or the magnum is MY goto plug for night fishing. It would be nice to see the Gag's Mambo come in blurple. |
