At the age of 63 that will make him around 88 years old when he gets out, if he lives that long. And with federal crimes I believe the entire sentence must be carried out. No time off for good behavior, no early release, no nothing. Bastich got what he he deserves and may he rot in hell :devil2:

I heard on CNBC today that ALL of his assets were seized by the feds.....including ALL his homes, ALL his investments -- with the exception of just $50,000.....that is all he has left....again, according to CNBC.

One of the ironies here is that he lived in MS, not FL.....in FL the convicts get to keep their houses......

Actually, he "only" has to serve 85% of that time--roughly 22 years.

You'd be amazed at how many of his assets were transferred to his wife or trusts . . . he's one crook that ain't dumb.

In the end, they are all dumb.....or else they would have never even started the ball rolling towards dishonesty in the first place. It always catches up with them.
