Did any of you get to see the launch....it still amazes me to see the Shuttle....unbelievable...Good Luck to the Astronauts..hope they return safely.

That machine weighs over 4.5 million pounds. Thats the difference between Burt Rutans operation and the real space agency. Kudos for NASA!!!! :claps:
Bout' time we got back up there, next stop the moon and planets, I wish I could be around for the mars thing, I will be 80 by then. Should have been there already. Better to spend millions on exploration then wars started on false pretenses. Anyone heard from Osama lately? Betcha he was wicked relieved when W went to Iraq. Thats the only war we should be fighting.

Back to space, we should be doing a lot more there too!

oh and for all the people i argued with this winter about Iraq and oil.... please take note of the record profits oil companies are posting this year. They have so much $$ they dont know what to do with it :mad:

Soon the pipelines will be going through Afghanistan, and they will be making some real coin.
