Labor-intensive mojitos -- fresh mint, sugar, lime juice, light rum, and club soda. Mash 5 sprigs mint, 2 tbsp sugar, and juice of 1 lime in bottom of glass. Add rum to within 1" of the top, and add a touch of club soda for kicks. Don't mash the mint too small, or you'll be picking it out of your teeth all night...or all morning, if you're one of those that likes to have liquid breakfast. :buds:
