68# somewhere around the Vineyard?

Anyone confirm the rumor of a 68+ caught recently about th Vineyard area? The story as I heard it, charter boat captain decided to troll under a school of feeding blues, boom. Called in with a possible state record as his scale was bottomed out. ???
