Roof Rack for Pick up

I hoping to aquire a Roof Rack for my truck to accomodate at least 2 rods. I have an F-150 Super Cab. It seems that every rack I can find on-line atttaches to an existing roof rack which my which my truck of course does not have. I know they are out there because I've seen a few. Also hoping to find one that locks if possible.

Anyone know of a rack that would meet my needs? Thanks in advance for your help.

trac-rac system with rod rack on top or for less $$ I've seen homemade rack with 2x4's built to go into the stake pockets of the pu bed.
