Best all around set up for shore haba fishing

whats the idealistic setup and lures size and weight for haba shore fishing? i am beginning to see that a 10 ft and beefiest setup is unessecarily and its reserved for the cape and RI. just want to hear ur input and i plan to get another setup soon for the next season.
