The mackerel have moved into N. Shore waters in a big way. Huge schools of jack-macs are busting peanuts in the local harbor. Looking to live-line some from shore so need suggestions on rigging effectively so as to take a lurking cow when the sun goes down. Also, any tips on keeping them lively without a live-well for a short ride to a rocky shoreline? :spin:
