RI's West Wall, any guess?

The newly arriving stripers typically appear 1st at the West Wall in RI. Does anyone have any idea as to when this may happen given our mild winter? Last year I picked up a few in the beginning of April, but I have heard fish arrive as early as mid-March......

I guess I am getting the fever ha, LOL

I've had them there in almost mid March and last year I didn't get my first WW schoolie until the 10th or so of April - it varries... But typically early April... With this weather, anything is possible - they could be there now!!!!

St Patrick's Day. By then , someone will have reported catching some there. 3 Weeks! I've been going down March 27 for the last 4 years. Just to get going early before April. Maybe this year too.

So I'm betting someone catches one St patricks Day.

Hi Steve,
I got your e-mail. Unfortunately I have to work so I won't be able to make it out there. But I can see the fish arriving within the next 3-4 weeks for sure with this weather, they might even be some around now. If nobody tries we will never know....Good Luck, let me know how you make out....
