Fish finder?
 

does anyone use a paper graph fishfinder? i have heard these are better than LCD displays but can be a hassle. I am setting up a 21 ft. carolina skiff for striper fishing and could use advice on fishfinders.

The paper has probably gotten a lot cheaper than what I remember but all the new ones can be had with GPS. Besides paper & water don't mix that well. Some of those new GPS Chartplotters can even interface with your home computer. Store the info, output to your PC and THEN print it - pretty cool, eh?

thanks john. sounds awesome -but your talkin to a guy who had trouble registering on SB :smash: . now you know where i stand on the technology ladder.will check them out anyway!!
