Pine Trees?

I got a pine tree down in my yard...nothing too large but I need to chain saw it up and get rid of it...no good for the wood stove after it seasons? What else to do with the darn thing.....other than make plugs!

I have let the pine dry for a year or so and mix it in while burning with the other wood...Although I just have a fireplace...Or use it for outside camp fires..

Keep it out of the fireplace, the pitch in it will screw up your chimney.

If you have a local Boy Scout troop give'em a call and tell them you have the tree. A lot of them are looking for trees to practice their Ax/hatchet skills (they aren't allowed to cut down live trees). They may come over and cut it up for you. you never know....

And its only good for outdoor campfires...MakoMike is right, it will definitely screw up you chimney. And you will increase the risk of a chimney fire.
