Someone owes you a cash refund for services not rendered....
 

How long do you wait to log a complaint, or inform others of a problem with a person/service, considering you have called them weekly, they finally said (in this case) that the check would be mailed a week ago yesterday, and it still hasnt arrived.

The service was supposed to have been rendered a full month ago this weekend, and I am due $100 because it was canceled (but not due to me).


I could toss a further wrinkle into the situation, but I am going to play nice a few more days.

you could've asked what the check number was .
