Just got back from the first trade show
 

Not a lot of new items this year but a few that stand out are .
New Tica TC3 simular to the looks of the UEHA but with Fuji guids ,Seat & top and 3 ton graphite material.
New sizes in Rapala X Raps.
A new Jointed 5.25", 1.5 oz & X Rap 14
5.5", 1.5 oz
Abu Garcia is bringing back the Big Game BG6500CL
Also My friend Eric is the new rep for Daiwa :happy: . Looks like I will be carring the Saltiga SA and new Saltiga Blast for this year.

Mike do you think you will be opening the shop on an occasional weekend day during the winter ? Just curious. Paul

will be open during December . I have not set hours yet. also weekends Mid January on.

I was there today and it looks like Okuma is coming out with some real nice casting reels in 06 ! I am really impressed with Star rods for both price and quality, these rods are great. Other than that I didnt see a whole lot of stuff that impresed me, more of the same. Did score some nice shirts and a great fleece lamiglass jacket!! I was there representing Quaker Lane...Ate lunch with some of my mentors, Tim coleman among them....so it was a good time

saltiga blast? reel sweet! i love that reel! let me know when you get them in, i need a new spool, but not very desperately.. also, do you know if they will have larger sizes?
