Rust on Fuji guides
 

Built a flyrod this past winter and was careful to make sure the that the guides were covered with epoxie. However, the guides have rust on them where they meet the blank. What is causing this? I know if there is any small pockets the wraps will turn milky white if the water seeps in. FishHawk
