Anyone heading out tonight in westerly area?
 

Just wondering I didn't see a soul last night.

I was going to head down but with the rain and the traffic will turn a 2 hour ride to 3 to 4 hour ride fast I also need to get some eels and if I can't get there by 5pm It isn't worth going. I am going to try tomorrow night.

It's nice this time of year when ur hooking up in spots where u can't get a strech of shoreline to urself most ofthe time, although i don't fish the crowed spots usually accept for nights when I know they won't be.

i might be down that way... if i go i will be near the tent.

Saw one fish caught. Fished 2 different places. For me, not even a bump. Plugs, rigged eels. Good Luck, winter is long, so fish while you can. I was also bitten by mosquitos last night... crazy weather.

Im trying to pick my days...although im not good at picking the right ones. maybe I should go when I think it'll be bad.. gas prices have kept me from exploring this part of the state.

For those of you who went out last night how'd ya do?

one small keeper for me, saw a couple of others caught up to about high teens.
