I know you guy's
are making stuff.....can we see it?? :thanks:
|
made these recently along with a couple others I sent to Z for that auction for kids fishing trip.
http://www.bmwoodworking.com/brucefishing/11-23-05.jpg wild guess on the surfster body just from memory from seeing pictures, I used the medium surfster lip. I think the body needed to be fatter but that will have to do. It has 2 part urethane primer and paint on it. The fat bodied swimmer is just something I turned and it looked good. Needle is just a 2 oz. with a nice color, you can't see it but there is a strip of a lighter hue down the sides. |
All nice Slip,:hihi: gotta love that lil' punk surfster. :D

Hand carves. Just a tad under 1 oz. Thru-wired and completely sealed. Tight wiggle to them. Float at rest and dig a few feet on retrieve.
Jigman |
Comic relief. What the hell was I thinking. Swims like a turd. Casts worse.
Back to the drawing board. |

What if you round the tip of the skinny end a little and put a small lip in there. Then remove the other lip, flip the teaser to the fat end, and paint two big eyes on the fat part? I really like the profile. |
