What to buy with gift certificates?
 

Received $200 in gift certificates to a very good tackle shop, what to buy? Any ideas?

I have an 18' CC that I fish the waters of the Cape (mainly Ptown, Truro) and the South Shore (from the North River). Only recently have I begun boat fishing at all having been in the surf for a while.

any suggestions?

Do you like to bounce jigs off the bottom? it's very effective, you could get a wireline setup. Or get some plugs,sluggos, that sort of thing.

Got to love free money like that. I don't know how your set for safety gear for your boat. Might be time to upgrade your pfd's, add an extra fire extinguisher, get a nice set of charts and add a emergency first aid kit. Great way to set off your 2006 boating season. If you have any money left over, pick up a nice lightweight outfit for sluggos on the flats.
