RI Saltwater Sportsman Show

Jan 28 at Rhode Island College whos going?? I was thinking about going.

lurch 01-04-2006 05:03 PM

Serious???? Hells yeah!

Is there a link for the show?

basswipe 01-04-2006 05:09 PM

I know RISAA lists it but there's nothing about it in RICs Jan. calender of events.

Its not so much a show but more like classes/seminars put on by SWS magazine.

$55 bucks for boat fishing lessons and to get a bunch of cheap junk for attending. No thanks.I'll save that money till April
pay $8 to get into the NE Saltwater show at the Convention Center and spend the other $47 on plugs.:)

lurch 01-05-2006 07:29 AM

I thought it was a fishing show like the worcester or providence show and not a seminar.

Carl 01-05-2006 05:04 PM

Hey Bill,

I am going. Thom Peletier will be talking about fluke fishing. This is something I want to do more of this year on the boat. Also, you get a $40 coupon to West Marine which is easy to spend if you own a boat. So your real cost is $15 plus you get some other cheap junk too.

We need someone to compile and post a complete list of NE sportsmans/fishing/boat shows this winter. I always find out about them when it is too late.

Feel free to stop by booths 500 and 501 to spend it :) :rotf2: I know most of the speakers for the other show in Jan. Should be ok. but I'm toooo busy unfortunately. I can't wait till April :humpty: that's where I'm gonna be showing a lot of my new offshore stuff.\
