Laminated loonecy
 

Made from maple and some unknown wood. The white background picture shows what the brown wood looks like. Any guesses? Because I have no clue.

Cuban Mahogany, perhaps. Beautiful but rare. Very dense. It's what 18th century cabinetmakers used for top shelf furniture. Was logged out 150 years ago.

It was picked up by a friend at the city dumps! He just figured it was cool and would make a nice lure.
