Football tuna rod?

With all the tuna out in the bay this past fall, I've decided to plan a few trips targeting these sweet shashimi morsels. Besides for an ounce of wasabi, what is a good trolling set up and how many in the spread? thanks for all advice.

How many in the spread depends on the size of your boat. Any rod capable of handing a 50 pound striper should do for the footballs.

black spreader bars as far back as you can get them.
pink or yellow mini bird chains down the center.
small jets real close in the wash, rubber banded to the stern cleats.

depends who you ask? but that works for me.

take me wit you, i'll show ya'.
i got the gear :rtfm:
