However,in my opinion the voices you don't necessarily covet must be heard too.There are many lackeys that will tell you what you want to hear but this has to grow old.Anytime I've heard criticism it has almost always been minconstrued as mindless or being ungrateful.Constructive criticism is important;it may deflate some egos or rub people the wrong way but consider it a different point of view or a necessary evil.

Voicing different opinions/points of view are essential which is a great part of this site. Sometimes one side will convince the other side, or vice versa or ultimately we'll agree to disagree. As long as it's conducted in a respectful manner, what more can you ask for.
