I'm new here.I see-and use-avatars from the offering list.But I see some really interesting avatars on member's posts.Is there a disc or something to get like 1,000 avatars? Thankful for a reply to an ignorant question.

Sorry to take so long to get back to you. The list of avatars is about all I have. Many of the odd ones people have are ones that were found or ginned up by someone. If you find one from somewhere else you like and as long as it's not copyright protectedc (some are) - you can use that...

I got mine on Clipart.com. Just right click on the one you want and click ''save picture as'' and its yours. Some may be too big and I have no idea how to shrink them down,just find one thats right size.

..if ya ask nicely ;)........a certain crab could try and "gin" up an idea for ya.....:D:D....

..any ideas???....

to make an avatar you need a graphics editing program like paint shop pro ok -> find it at fozi apps ->search for it via google.com & download it there... for icons you'll need an icon editor -> find it free at tucows.com look/search "freeware" in search box window(its called A-icons) most icons need to be
around 75 by 75 pixels. this little program allows you to create icon files from
windows bitmaps example: fish.bmp save as fish.ico ( meaning
you now have an icon file named fish.ico) . I am the king of AVS.
