Who's on the North Shore?

Just curious. I think we have a bunch of lurkers out there on the North Shore of Boston. Not everyone shows their location in their user profile, but seeing as I found a lurker at my kid's b'ball game tonight, I'm calling you all out! Maybe we can get the crew to have a leg up this way if there's enough interest...

I'm in Marblehead.

i fish alot in the PI area

lurch 02-01-2006 03:02 AM

I am in Lowell and head up to PI often....keep me in mind if you want to fish up north.

Fungus 02-01-2006 04:25 AM

I live in Newburyport and fish the PI area.

chris L 02-01-2006 08:53 AM

kilroy was there

The Dad Fisherman 02-01-2006 08:57 AM

I'm in Georgetown. Fish PI, Cape Ann, and Marblehead mostly w/ a few trips to the Canal thrown in to keep me honest.

I know we don't have an official S-B Meeting Hall (read Hooters) up here but we should try and find a central establishment for a couple of Off-Season beverages and just some BS'ing

Rockport24 02-01-2006 09:37 AM

I live in Melrose and fish PI, Marblehead, Rockport and Gloucester.
I'm actually moving up to the North Shore (maybe Beverly or Salem?) by sping/summer just in time for stripers!

lurch 02-01-2006 09:39 AM

There is a Hooters in Nashua and Salem, NH??

spinncognito 02-01-2006 10:36 AM

Live and do most of my fishing in Gloucester. TDF did put me on my first canal keepah last season. I agree that some of us folks from the "other Cape" (ANN) should try to hook up both on and off-season. :gu:

Because it is WAY too far for me to drive :hihi: (though you all are encouraged to host one provided all :gu:laws and responsibilities are observed)....

Dunno - Maybe this year we can have a North Shore fishingetogether as well :btu:

luds 02-01-2006 01:56 PM

I'm in Quincy but spend a lot of time on the north shore.

How's that place next to Surfland in PI? Can you get a decent draft there and maybe some food? Maybe we could get together there and do fish together after.

Rockport24 02-01-2006 02:05 PM

any of you guys going to the PI Surfcasters fund raiser thing on Feb 25th? We could meet up there and drink some beers afterwards.
:gu:
I like the meeting at surfland idea too though.

Caberet Lounge, Route 1 is central right. But seriously, how about Salem Beer Works.

Beer Works is cool. I work right down the street from it. And they have some good Brew.

If not there I was thinking maybe something along Rt.1 in Saugus/Peabody. its close to most Highways for those that are driving a bit.

lurch 02-01-2006 03:12 PM

Hooters?? It would be a crime if good wings were not involved!

tattoobob 02-01-2006 04:17 PM

I am a North shore resident, I am up for anything.
I fish from Montauck NY to Salisbury Ma.

I'm North but not quite Shore. Spend most of my time on the water on the NH coast, around Plum Island, and Beverly to Rockport. I'd be up for a get together and to fish a few new spots with others who share my affliction.

Malden
I wish lurker didn't sound that bad.
Like I'm guilty of something.
(Admit nothing ; deny everything. Wasn't me this time.)
I second the Cab. The Squire has much better food though.
:uhuh:

How are you! I cannot wait I have been drewling all winter long....we are on the back 9 of winter so May is just around the corner! I am practicing on not sleeping for a few days to help keep me awake during May.

the fishing shows ease the pain of the winter.

RickBomba 02-02-2006 10:43 AM

Count me in as long as there's a couple of weeks notice!
Later,
Rick

taJon 02-02-2006 12:46 PM
