Specialty rod
 

Anyone ever try or buy one of those long English carp/surf rods?

I want a 13ft minimum light rod for special technique fishing on open sandy beaches...most seem too light at 4 to 8lb test rating.
I would like something that can handle up to 3 oz but 2 oz to be the sweet spot.

A custom would probably be too much $

any thoughts?
