After watching the halftime show,I think Mick and the boys should call it quits:yak:

I was saying the exact thing.... I think they have lost their touch... plus sitting there watching mick walk around in like a belly shirt, not the greatest thing...lol he's 63 years old (born in 1943) i think he's had a great run

Yeah, I think the 2 minute delay as a result of the Janet Jackson thing a couple of years ago caught the finale, Keith Richards Diaper change. :p

we had to turn off the sound....it sucked so bad...

and the national anthem rendition was the absolute worst.
Roseane did a better job (almost)....what a pathetic performance!
didnt anyone even listen to them beforehand...i think not...

usually the Anthem makes me a prouder american and this time
it was just awful....

The sound system sucked, big time. We saw them in concert last fall and they rocked!

Aaron Neville sounds like his marbles are in a tightening vice!!!! Just brutally bad to listen to!:shocked:

I can't really defend the stones, because they were not that good, but the sound engineeers should be ashamed of themselves. I know high-school kids that could have made that performance sound at least halfway decent. Seriously, CBS or whoever should be serioulsy ashamed, and heads should be rolling this morning.

I couldn't tell if I was watching an old Britney Spears or Mick Jagger.

And the sound was spectacularly bad. Was Mick singing with an earpiece or monitors, I can't remember. Must have been an earpiece with all that marching around and hip shaking, in which case there's no excuse for dropping the ball on the vocals.

They're still my favorite band, but I agree last nights performace was lousy.

Oh well I just got Matisyahu, Live at Stubb's -- this is different, but I like.

im pretty sure I've never heard anything so bad before.... It seemed mick just kept singing no matter what was being played behind him... what a mess that was.

It was like watching Willie Mays in center field, playing out the string for the Mets :(

Not trying ot brown nose you guys but AEROSMITH, now THAT was a show.

They sucked. Why do they have to sing 'start me up' all the time?
They have much better songs in their catalog.
