Glue - Strong Stuff

I've added several different glues, epoxy, some thread lockers, etc - from Zap adhesives. Good prices and good stuff.

Have you tried the flex-zap joe? Says its good on hard surfaces. I was thinking a more flexible glue would be great for sluggo, maybe stop them from tearing/cracking after their glued so much.

Joe,
The Zap CA "super thin" formula (pink label) is really good too,
for locking up thread when tying bucktails and stuff. It penetrates really well .

Joe 02-10-2006 09:02 PM

I had some of the pink label - that is good stuff.
Maybe the flex zap would be better - I really have not tried all the stuff myself. I have tried the slow zap - its nice to be able to clean your hands before the fingers stick together.

I'm a distributor for them now also.

i'm gonna have to order some of that slow zap soon, my hands are covered with the pink label stuff right now. the glue combined with pieces of soft plastic kind of make me look like a lepper. Time to get out the scissors and "shave" the glue off.

Joe, dont they have a glue remover too?

The Z-7 is the De-bonder. All good stuff . It really comes in handy when you want the full use of your fingers again (dont ask how I know).
With the super thin, u just need to be really careful cause it literally flows like water.

Joe 02-11-2006 04:13 PM

It burns right off.

fiskars scissors are the best way I've found to get it off. Sharp enough to peel off the glue but not sharp enough to cut skin

Joe 02-12-2006 11:01 AM

I'll order that remover - I'm also getting the odorless Zap and the the CA in Pink Label
