you aint got it lying there im sure...

is activated charcoal powder... which is
made into like a slurry drink and it'll detox
ya right quick. so does anything GREEN chlorophyll.
thats the radical approach for food poisening.....
other than stomach pumping... but dig this...

your skin....is the biggest eliminatory organ of all
believe it or not....because it has the most surface area.
so make use of it and bath more frequently to ultra
clean your pores and double or triple your bathing
to keep rinsing that skin often...really really helps

lemonade cleans out your liver the best and
your liver is your detoxifying tool....
spearmint or peppermint tea to de _ GAS!!

thats when you wish you had some penicillen handy.

if you dont have any: buy garlic and make simple
(chopped fine) garlic toast thats lightly sauted in butter
but still almost raw which is a natural antibiotic.
thats when you can eat...of course

then you need some real yogurt with the lactobacillus
culture thats still friggan live....to assist yours (inside you)

Nope - just one helluva case of the stuffy head / runny nose. Scary - on the way home I sneezed a nickle sized but twice as thick) muccus green slug out of the left nostril - perfectly round too - and felt a lot better after that :hihi: :yak5:
