25 hp merc powerhead

Rebuilding my powerhead. Block is out for boring. Need a couple of pistons. Anyone got a good source for Merc parts?

outboard cyl machining?

Well Simplex says its too small, they can't bore it.

Anyone know a machine shop that bores small outboard blocks?
