New skyscraper, the tallest yet (80 stories) to be built in Boston

Watching Tom Ellis and he was showing a "fly-by" of the proposed building (also interviewing some real estate dude who provided more info).
Boston is looking more and more like NYC every day (they will soon have a new skyscraper too). The Boston skyline will be even more awesome now.
They were saying "3 years" and it's on "fast track" for approval.
