Just in time for Spring after one of the mildest Winters on record. What
a swell gesture.

Seriously any relief for nstar customers at this point must be welcome

What Pisses me off is when the wholesale price of gas falls and the pump price remains constant. They claim it takes a while to reach the pump but when the wholesale price of fuel spikes, the next day the price is jacked up. I have witnessed this for years. I ask them Hey..what about the time it takes to get to the pump? Oh, uh, well we have to buy it so we have to pass on the cost? WTF?
