Your opinion please
These Olympic medals kind of remind me of donuts. What do you guys think? Like em or not??

Kind of fitting in a way for Bode Miller....cause he got a big fat donut!:hihi:

Did you see his interview last night? He basically was saying he went there for a god time, not to win any medals. He is an Ass, all he did was take someones spot.
|
He went to compete hard but have fun and not be devastated if he lost.Sounds like how I approach fishing;laughs, adult beverages.I'm prepared to catch, but if I don't.......

I didn't actually see them until last night... and they look like they're tryin to do a flavor flav move with the big medals around the neck instead of the clocks... i don't like'em.

Actually, there was a special on early in the Olympics regarding the shape of the medals. I don't remember the designer's exact words, but the whole was to represent the unity of the nations competing. Each medal was also engraved uniquely to the sport being competed in. It wasn't designed just to be different than the Gold-first, Silver-second, Bronze-third, there was a little more thought put into it than that.
