They looked better before I clear coated them. Unfortunately the finish pulled the paint up. I'm sure they'll still catch fish though:happy:

The best part about testing striper plugs is if you get a largemouth to bite one you know it will catch stripers :)

Metal lips
 
Hey Fishpart:

Do you make your metal lips or buy them? If you buy them, where? You and BM are using the kind of lips I want to use, but I can't find them anywhere.

I made them. I copied one off an Atom Swimmer. Had a short piece of .020 316 Stainless and just started chopping.
