I have heard him say some dumb things but today was the best.

Lets make everybody that is American pay 30,000 dollars so we can pay for the war he started. babys, homeless, poor, single moms/dads,

do you realize how much money thos would be for me to pay?

180,000 dollars hello two years pay for my wife and I

next he will want to take SS to pay for it.

Backbeach Jake 03-17-2006 06:21 AM

Clueless and out of touch.:hs:

afterhours 03-17-2006 06:32 AM

any links to that???? that sounds ( i hope) like it was taken out of context? could not be serious.

Raven 03-17-2006 06:41 AM

he wants to continue

into IRAN! now that he has the AIRPORT
(war machine) right beside them
...so he can regain his
popularity....via the WAR....
fine, go ahead... all those bastards
want us all dead anyways.
you didnt think it would END ,did ya?

stripersnipr 03-17-2006 07:24 AM

30k per person 270,000,000 people = $8,100,000,000,000

Something is wrong with this picture.

afterhours 03-17-2006 07:49 AM

give US each 30k and tell THEM to go pound sand.

spence 03-17-2006 08:16 AM

It's everything wrong with all previous Repub or Dem administrations x10.

I pitty Bush really. His game plan was to surround himself with people who's advice he trusted...and from day one he's gotten nothing but terrible advice.

It doesn't matter if you're more liberal, a moderate or a Goldwater/Reagan conservative, there is so much to be outraged about.

At least they're an equal opportunity offender :hihi:

Skitterpop 03-17-2006 09:46 AM

Its horrible and sad.... God Bless America :o

bobfishgerald 03-17-2006 09:55 AM

The price some families have paid

For these misadventures the country has been dragged into some families have paid a price that can never be calculated.

And that, I believe, is the saddest fact of all.

Nebe 03-17-2006 10:03 AM

Told ya so :hs:

If this is what you are talking about - get your facts straight. He did not SAY that everyone should pay $30,000.

It is a budget matter.

I can think of alot of liberal-spending issues that could be cut out just as well as the war matters to lower the budget.

Thanks for posting the FACTS. Maybe some other people should look up the facts before starting a Bush bashing thread...

RIJIMMY 03-17-2006 11:43 AM

He is doing a crappy job though, and I supported him.

WOW, I'm Impressed you agree that these are the facts....Your starting to come around after all. :D

"That's trillion with a T, or about $30,000 for every man, woman and child in the United States, marking the fourth time that the so-called debt cap has been hiked since George W. Bush became President in 2001."

"The Republicans' addiction to debt leaves conservative economists and policy experts in despair."

"Somebody needs to stand up and say, 'Stop me before I spend again,' " said Pat Toomey, a former Republican member of Congress who now runs the conservative Club for Growth, a group that supports small-government candidates."

"The Democrats, who voted against the increase in the debt cap, insisted it wasn't their fault. "We are plunging deeper and deeper into debt and it is increasingly financed by foreigners," said Senator Ken Conrad of North Dakota, the leading Democrat on the Senate's budget committee."

"Jim Horney, a senior fellow at the left-leaning Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, said things were going just fine under Bill Clinton, who ran up four years of budget surpluses before Mr. Bush decided to slash taxes, especially on the wealthy. "

Should I get you a "Hillary in 08" T-Shirt....

Nebe 03-17-2006 01:12 PM

Flaptail and I will fix everything :o

Redsoxticket 03-17-2006 01:40 PM

The budget increased by 781 billion to 9 trillion dollars, which is equivalent to saying that every U.S. person including you SkipN will be paying approximately $3,000 to fuel the war including all newborns living in poverty.

Umm no, what tattoo bob was saying was that Bush wanted every American to pay $30,000! Thats NOT what Bush said. The facts i'm referring to are what bush did and did not say.Where TB came up with that is beyond me....

77 for women and 71 for men the whole idea is that you die before you have to collect. they don't want to pay you back they just want to collect money. it's the american way.
