Being an avid Little Compton Surfer I definetely recognize that last photo :-).... soon

Yeah that last photo was taken in FALL RIVER. ;)

..that was like Chinese Torture!!!...all those great spots, and Fish_Eye wouldn't let me put a rod in his truck!!..:D

I didn't mean to come across like that....I just wanted to use the red fire head guy for a change.....honest ! That sure is a beautiful place though. There's a certain smell to that area. The smell of life :)

Hey slip, on that little island you mentioned, I almost got washed out there tryin ta get on a high tide. Lucky for me I had a buddy holding his rod out to pull me in.

Funny you mentioned that smell. The first thing I said when I got out of the truck was, "Ahhhhh, I needed that." It was the first shot of sweet salt air, mixed with seaweed, a smell that's hard to describe -- I think you hit it on the head with "The smell of life."

I know I'm more alive when I'm smelling it. :cool:

I can picture you hauling in a big one off that slab -- just make sure you stay on it -- be safe, and go catch a keeper.

...I wouldn't suggest waders in those spots, if you happen to fall in.....glug ~glug ~glug.....those babies will fill up fast......just ask the Tattoo-ed freak....;)
