RISAA Show Line Question

Heya,

Heading to the show this weekend, gonna get a surfcasting setup for my brother.

Does anyone know a booth that will be selling and putting on line? Thought I could bring some reels with me and get him completely setup.

Hi J - I don't recall seeing anyone doing that at the show last year. Come by the office some day with your rig and spool of line and I'll set it up for you.

I've got a follow up question for the board - I've always had Quaker Lane service my wireline rigs each year - Since the fire I'm not sure where to go - Who would you recommend to service the Penn 113HSP's and respool with wire??

Try Snug Harbor for servicing your 113's. If I recall either the RISAA Newsletter or ON The Water had an article on how to do them yourself sometime in the last few years...

Talked to "Thom Cat" at the RISAA meeting last Monday and he told me that Quaker Lane will be reopening this weekend. Same time as the RISAA show. You should be able to get them to work on you outfits.

Drag... but wait a second... if I recall correctly a certain someone went in your place last year. Probably getting the magazines made you think you went :jester:

On Another note... No magazine subscription at the show this year?

Nah, your just getting old.... It happens :jump:

Thanks to everyone else who chimed in on this - oh wait, no one did.

I guess you have to have a certain post count to get anyone to answer a simple question around here.
