So is this tourney going forward with the format advertised?

And the tweaks and changes would come the following year if they decide to continue?

Anyone? Are they going to run this as is?

I would think you'd have to ask THEM Mike. the ones who are running it.
My guess is that the rules are printed and that is what they are going with but that is just my guess. Nothing says anyone has to weigh in 2 fish a week for 20 weeks, so you decide what to do whether you want to enter or not.

I think it would be safe to assume the rules on the site are the rules...
