Utility Company websites
 

Does anyone else here use the major utility company websutes for billing information or paying bills or just general info?

I enjoy being able to make payments online and get updated billing data, but find the utility company sites such as Keyspan or Nstar to be the least user friendly of any out there. I guess they figure what difference does it make, who else are you going to use????

Am I alone with this one?

I dont use the online services but I do have to deal with Nstar on a regular basis and they flat out S%(* Has to be one of the worst run operations, I literally want to pull my hair out when I have dealings with them, usually hanging up and getting the next person will get what I need seems company policy changes by the second:whackin:
