OTW Phantom Bay for REAL anglers

Just read the OTW article Phantom Bay for Boat Anglers, real good read, Except Capt. Soares.....He seems to get more bitter every year.....:smokin: must be frusturating to be so self renounced...anyway lots of interesting ideas, good job OTW.
