Cape Update!!!
 

Well the winds and the cool temps have slowed the bass a little in the bays and rivers. Went Sat, only picked up 23 fish between 3 people. Went yesterday and got a couple dozen, although they were a little better quality fish it was picking at them one at a time all day to get to that number. The water temp has definatetly dropped a few degrees, need some sun and warm temps to turn things back up again, it was COLD!!!!!

I sure hope this weather pattern breaks. If I don't have to work on Sunday, to the Cape I will go.

If you're interested in going to the Cape on Sunday, I'm heading down with a buddy of mine in the mid morning to fish all day.
I'm thinking about hitting Chapin Beach (Bass Hole), I'm guessing low tide to be about 2 pm or so there. I'm also thinking about getting herring in Watertown, have you heard of any there yet (I'm guessing they are there).

ps-I was down on Monday to buy my overland permit and stopped @ Bass River...I got six rats in like 20 minutes, but had to leave to go to work:smash:
