Not sure if this belongs here but it is well worth mentioning....

I have 6 Plano 3730 boxes and 3 3700's that the latches broke off (old style)

I emailed Plano and received a reply today. They stated there were no longer replacement lids for those older models and to send just the lids out, with the email and I will be receiving complete NEW Pro-Latch boxes, 1 for 1 at no charge.

I love plano boxes and have about 50, salt and freshwater. What great customer service. Just a shame that the bottoms are still good but you can't beat the price! Kudos to Plano! :jump: :jump: :jump:

BT, what email did you use? I have a couple with busted latches being held together with tape.

I went to their website and used this email: customercare@planomolding.com It took about 3 days so be patient...actually, I forgot I even sent the email :o
