Honda 90hp '2000 or 98 4 stroke mechanic?

Friend at work here hes not sure the year of the motor he said it is somewhere between 98-00. Needs a mechanic that can travel to ipswich...(no trailer).... Not sure of the grusome details but it sounds like just an overall tune up is needed...

If anyone knows of someone experienced with this he would greatly appreciate it.
