Can't wait to bounce this along the bottom. :) weight of lobster is 4.4 ozs plus a 1.5 oz jig head. Definite 1209 material.

Dave those look great. Did you make them?

Now the funny thing is the fish that's swimming by and sees that on it's way down to the bottom. Did you see that, I just got passed by a lobster. too funny.
Dave, I left a couple of your Pikie's with my dad on my fall trip last year for him to use, and that's what he got his first fish on this year. A buddy of his had to see what he was using, and it was one of those 'Hey where'd you get those' kind of things :humpty: |
Glad to hear it Dave. :)

I got a few more for Canal field testers !! Color is Black / Orange
|
Alot the real lobsters I've managed to snag in the canal over the last couple years had that "black shell" disease. I guess black would be a good color.
|
the one I have is green :hihi:
yes , 1209 material |

Nice
I`m getting a huge trap with a 60# Striper entry and strapping in a few 4 lb lobsters :usd:
Question is will the 1209 handle that bait? |
:claps: How do they cast? :usd:

won't even phase it one bit. |
Got buttah?

I like your bait and idea :hihi: |
threw two and a quarter pounds with my 1209 the other day. That did phase it, but it chucked it just fine. Anything bigger than two pounds it gets a lil tricky.
