Living in MA

Getting ready to move back to MA.

Grew up in Walpole but would ideally like to live closer to the Canal. Right now I have nothing lined up but may be in Whitman.

Can anyone help me with nice towns south of Whitman close to 495?

I'm just looking for a decent area and less expenive rent than the South Shore.

i lived in middleboro the one near lakeville its was nice 20 min to scusset
