stripers near sandbridge
 

I am going to the Sandbridge area in Virginia Beach for vacation. can anyone tell me where to fish for stripers and what type of bait to use. Sorry but I'm a rookie. thanks

I was stationed in Virginia Beach back in middle 1960's. The best place in the area is Fort Story. Drive to the Light house park on the base, there are break walls you can to from the beach. Surf fishing in that area is great!! This picture was taken in low tide, you can see the break wall!!!
