Anybody install Vista beta2
 

Anybody install windows Vista beta2? Just finished downloading the 3+ gig iso and will be installing this weekend, anybody played with it yet?

I was toying with installing it, but I think Ill hold off till the next rev or so.

Installing Fedora 5 instead.

I worked with it very briefly. I like the transparent menus and all, but it seems like Windows is trying a little hard to be a mac. Ironic really..

Haven't installed it yet, but have a copy of it waiting to go. The reviews, specifically by Paul Thurott who usually is pretty pro MS offerings - have not been very positive to date. Plus, I really do not have a high-end video card to allow the 'glass' effects. My co-worker has installed and played with it and was interested in DVD authoring software - but he too did not have a good enough video card to allow the DVD software to work.
