watertown herring regs

Hi guys,
Just got off the phone with specialist... Does anybody know if Sunday is a closed day on taking herring in the Charles River in Watertown?
I'd like to get fish Sunday AM, but if it's a no-go, I'm going night hunting tomorrow.
