humminbird fish finder question
 

Before I call them.. (just because Im curious)
Do all humminbird FishFinder/Chartplotter/GPS units have the same foot print for the mount. If I were to get a newer model would I need to re run all the wires? after looking at all the fancy new color models, this question came to mind.... no other reason......really. :hihi:

I can't say for sure, but I doubt they all have the same footprint. Is the space so small that you couldn't squeeze a bigger unit in? If you relace the unit you have now you'll probably have to run new wires, except for the power and ground, anyway.
