Boat Liability Insurance

Ok been out of boating for a few years, reason I'm haunting this forum lately. Boat is no worth a lot so I won't need comprehensive.
Looking for a reasonable liability carrier. Trailering boat, light fishing use. Thanks.

I use aero-marine, I think they are out of Brockton. Best price around, and very nice people, just a bit slow to get paperwork out.

i can't imagine it would be expensive anywhere you go.

Try The Alan Mott agency in Huntington NY, all he does is boat insurance and usually has the best coverage at the best price.

after the fire at our marina the concensus was travelers is the best. they lost 9 boats in the fire and paid every claim very quickly. with no hagling. compared to some of the other companies

in car insurance land I'd have to agree. I had a police report stating that the other driver was at fault in an accident I had recently.. Somehow their insurance (travelers) was able to convince mine that I was STILL at fault. :wall:

You havent had that turned around yet?

I bet the insurance is as expensive as the stuff you want to protect. As always, the more you have the more protection you need from lawsuit hunger folks.
