Introduction
New to the forum and plug making. Started making lures as a kid I have over a hundred molds now for making lures. I have always loved catching fish on a lures and flies that I have made. I have been making game calls for a few years just can't get enough of the do it yourself. This is my first run. I still need to clear coat them. Hope my wife is not looking for the grill rotisserie since I'm using it to finish them off. These are made from scrap pieces of oak from another project. I can't wait to try these out on the Chesapeake. Mike http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y15...1/Dcp_2610.jpg |

Tagger,
Picnic table is made from salt impregnated lumber. My father-in made it years ago. It needs to be replaced a lot of boards are warped and starting to rot. I think we used it only a couple of times. PT is some nasty stuff I only use it for landscaping. I'm going with cedar for the next one. Mike |
Sorry, Mike my mistake.. pic resembled my pt porch . Have to be careful of that stuff .

It does like likr pt in the picture.

lookin good - is the bottom one with scales a "datah"? i notice the thru wire hole is high on the head, but cannt see the bottom front.
Good luck and hope they catch big.:usd: |
Similar to a datah sharper slope. The bottom is large enough to add a lip. I wanted to test drive it to see if I actually need one. I have a friend that wanted something to troll with. It would be great if I could get one to run 15 to 17 feet without a 3 way or inline weight. I like to tinker around just to see what would happen the school of hard knocks has been the best teacher for me.
